Justice Wellness Warriors provides trauma-informed, accountability-focused support services, referral coordination and community-based programs.

JWW:

• Is not a law enforcement agency

• Is not a crisis response service

• Does not provide legal advice

• Does not replace court orders, corrective services or mandated programs

Engagement with JWW does not guarantee any specific legal, court or personal outcome.

3. Accountability & Engagement

Clients engaging with JWW agree to:

• Participate honestly and respectfully

• Take responsibility for their behaviour

• Comply with lawful orders and conditions

• Engage in good faith

JWW reserves the right to decline, pause or discontinue services where engagement is inconsistent with safety, accountability or safeguarding standards.

4. Payments & Tiered Model

Justice Wellness Warriors operates on a tiered and community-supported payment model.

• Fees are payable as agreed at the time of booking.

• Payment is processed securely through third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).

• Tier selection is based on individual financial capacity and honesty.

Where hardship exists, JWW aims to ensure access to support where safely possible.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations

Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Repeated non-attendance may result in discontinuation of services.

6. Confidentiality

JWW respects client confidentiality.

However, confidentiality may be limited where:

• There is risk of serious harm

• Mandatory reporting obligations apply

• Disclosure is required by law

Clients acknowledge these limits.
