About the Seasons Programs
Justice Wellness Warriors offers structured delivery of recognised Seasons programs across all available age groups, including:

These programs provide evidence-based learning experiences that support participants to understand grief, significant life change and emotional transition using the natural metaphor of the seasons.
Justice Wellness Warriors delivers recognised Seasons programs designed to support individuals experiencing grief, significant life change and emotional transition. These structured learning programs use the natural metaphor of the seasons to help participants understand and respond to change in a safe and supportive environment.
Programs are delivered by a trained Seasons Companion - JWW Warrior and are available for children, young people and adults. Sessions are offered in-person across NSW and surrounding regions, as well as online nationally to ensure accessibility regardless of location.
